PRISM Place Development has Begun!
With virtually no available top-class office space in Calgary’s downtown, a proposed new tower in the city’s Beltline district is a response to continued high demand for commercial real estate.
PRISM Place, or 11th Avenue Place, by the PRISM Group of Companies, will be an 11-storey, 200,000-square-foot building located at 214 11th Ave. S.W.
Ali Ghani, chief executive of the PRISM Group of Companies, said completion of the building would be in about 16 to 18 months.
In addition to managing operations, Ali is responsible for creating the investment vehicle, strategies and criteria for each project that carries the PRISM banner. He also oversees the acquisition, approvals, permits, pre-construction, construction, post-construction, resolution of development issues and warranty of all of PRISM projects.
